If you have experienced or witnessed discrimination, harassment, or a hate crime, please submit an Incident Report Form with as much detail as possible.

IMMH is looking to collect data for Canadian Muslims to help advocate against racism, hate, discrimination and Islamophobia. We will review your report, and collect it for future research.
